What we write about bees, wildlife and agricultural valuation is general information to help you decide what to do. It is not legal, tax or medical advice. For your own property's tax status, the county appraisal district has the final word.

Estimates and work

Sending the contact form or calling us does not create a contract. Any price, schedule or hive agreement is agreed with you directly, by phone, in person or in writing, and those terms are the ones that apply to the work.
