Who we are

Be Happy Bees is the bee business of Expert Eco LLC, based in Sherman, Texas, owned by Noah White. You can reach us on (903) 815-6380 or through the contact page.

What we collect when you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, a phone number, an optional email address, what you are seeing and where. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and the IP address the message came from, which is how we filter out spam.

That information goes to Noah by email and is stored on our own server. We use it to give you an estimate and to do the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the business.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Records of work we carried out are kept longer, because they are business records. Ask us at any time and we will delete what we still hold, unless we are required to keep it.

Measurement on this website

We use Google Analytics and Matomo to count visits and see which pages people find useful. These set cookies and record things like the pages you viewed, roughly where you are, and whether you arrived from an advert or a search.

We also advertise on Google. If you arrive from one of our adverts, Google tells us that the visit led to an enquiry, so we know which adverts are worth paying for. Google's own privacy policy covers what they do with that data.

You can block all of this with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker, and the website will work exactly the same.

Your choices

Email noah@expertecotx.com or call (903) 815-6380 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you would rather not have any of this on a website at all, just phone us instead of using the form.
